Homeowner’s Park

The Homeowner’s Park is one of the highlights of future residents’ amenities. The private park offers beautiful landscaping with benches surrounded by a crescent of Purple-Leaf Plum trees. Flowering shrubs include Azalea, Wild Lilac, New Zealand Flax and Rosemary. In one corner of the park are gently sloping grassy areas blending into existing Pine trees.
