Homeowner’s Park

The Homeowner’s Park is one of the highlights of future residents’ amenities. The private park offers beautiful landscaping with benches surrounded by a crescent of trees and shrubs. Flowering shrubs include Azalea, Wild Lilac, New Zealand Flax and Rosemary. In one corner of the park are gently sloping grassy areas blending into existing Pine trees.
